After
months of tussle with the National Football Federation to keep his shirt, the
Super Eagles Captain, Vincent Enyeama, may have lost the battle.
Reports
say he was kicked out of the camp of the eagles this evening for reporting late.
The goalkeeper has been replaced by Ahmed Musa. Musa takes over as the new captain
of the team as they prepare for an encounter with Congo DR on Thursday.
According
to reports, an embattled Enyeama was asked to leave by the handler, Sunday
Oliseh. He reportedly made an attempt to defend himself but he was asked to
keep quiet and leave the camp in Belgium.
Security
agents were reportedly invited to take the ex-captain away from the hotel where
the team members camped.
Enyeama is the first casualty of Oliseh’s no-nonsense stance.
